Had my first service at Hardy's on my 2020 AT4. Told them top fill Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). Unfortunately they omitted it. However I called Linda and she apologized said to bring it down on Monday. My adviser DJ and the mechanic filled it full for no charged because of the oversight. What more could a first time customer ask. I be back and appreciate their immediate professional response. Five thumbs up. Thank you Hardy's Service Team!
