What a horrible company , they dropped off a Hoyer lift that is not working on March 2020 & till now , we didn’t receive another one.We are calling & texting them on daily basis. Even the therapist & the patient case manager called & they never responded. I really wish I can give them less than one star , but please avoid dealing with them except if you want an unanswered daily calls & texts , we are in a nightmare. The bed delivered was a smaller size (height & width ) than the patient who sleeps with all his feet outside the bed just because he is a tall big guy. Same thing happened with the commode, not the patient size at all , completely unethical & inhuman. Very very rude staff including the manager who did not care at all for a disabled paralyzed senior that stayed without his needs for almost an entire year now.

Caring And Responsible Health Connection

5 Star Service. Rarely do you get excellent customer service but Arami Gates should write a manual for every company to follow. He treated my 86 year old Mother like she was his own Mother. She needed a portable O2 concentrated quickly due to Stage 4 Liver Cancer. I live in Florida and my Mother is in Texas. He called me this weekend and said, \I will personally take care of it for you\. He personally delivered the O2 concentration to my Mother and took the time to make sure she knew how to use it. He told her that he would be back tomorrow to take follow up with her. He drove about 1 hour each way just to be the an amazing person and provide customer service in a time of need. Thank you Arami for being there for my Mother and being an incredible person.
