Weather has been terrible and I have called 2 different morning at 0800 and both times a man answers and confirms they are open. Twice I’ve drove over to p/u my brick and both times there was no one there. Arrived before 1200 on a Saturday and a Tuesday as well. If I hadn’t already paid for my purchase I would go someplace else.

Great place with lots of supplies. Very helpful people both inside sales and the outside loaders. Their prices are very reasonable and they have everything I've ever needed for masonary projects. Highly recommend.

I go to Gartex anytime i need to source brick. They have a pretty big yard. I've never had a problem finding matching brick for my repairs on houses. There's also a stone yard right at the end of the street so it's a great location for masonry contractors. Gartex only carries brick and cast stone. No sandstone or flagstone, slate or anything natural.

Mitch was just about the Nicest & Most Pleasant Knowledgeable Salesman I've Ever Had the Pleasure to receive Help From! I also understand this business stays opened 6-days a week. If ANYONE has ever had to drive in DFW/Hwy 635 traffic on a Friday afternoon then you might understand Why these poor sales people would be ready to close their doors at 4:30pm!

Had the brick and stone I needed to complete the pizza oven. They typically don't carry stone.
