Mark and his team are top notch. They offer a variety of solutions. They have helped our company by making sure we have a product that is reliable, functional and meets our needs (not just a bunch of bells and whistles we can't use). What truly sets them apart is their genuine desire to help. When the office printer that everyone prints to has an issue it stops everyone. FPC is quick to respond and makes sure that things get up and running as soon as possible. Their technicians go the extra mile to make sure they clean up the machine and trouble shoot possible future issues. We just moved offices and they made this a seamless transition. Mark came out to our location to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you!
