Needed Florida Livescan done & Jay was awesome! I arrived early for my appointment and he still fit me in right away to get this done! Also let me know ahead of time regarding a conflict with my original appointment time! He sent a quick text to get it ironed out before I showed up for the appointment. Go see them!

Professional, quick & efficient. Highly recommenced
Professional Team - He was professional and I was done in 5 min, in and out that’s how it should be specially in this pandemic situation.
Very professional and thorough process. I particularly appreciated the timely communication via email. Again, thanks for the great work!
Drove 30 minutes in a thunderstorm through bumper to bumper traffic to be told that they were closed even though we had an appointment. My advice is look elsewhere. I needed 150 worth of NFA fingerprints, but the guy who answered the door is apparently not interested in business very much.
Jay is fantastic. Quick, efficient, great at what he does - and he was the only guy I found in DFW who could get me in without a three to four-week wait. Between the police precincts no longer fingerprinting and Covid restrictions galore, there is a massive backup at IdentoGo. Given the great service I got today, I'll use Dallas Fingerprinting for all of our notary/fingerprinting/ID photo needs.
