Eagle Postal Center at Uptown is always so good to me. I get to pick the option of carriers and compare prices. Plus when a package might have been lost, they pulled up the footage of USPS taking my package so I know for sure it had left the store. Great customer service!!

Went in at 4:40 with a 25 page document that needed to be notarized and overnighted. Didn’t realize they closed at 5. They were very patient with me and I was out before 5. Very nice and friendly staff. Can’t recommend this place enough!!
Numerous times that I have walked in for service I have had to wait while the young lady helped other customers on the phone and not the line of customers inside the store or acknowledge that we were in the store waiting. Otherwise service is good and employees are helpful.
I am back in Dallas for a month and went to my trusty EPS in Uptown. As usual the Uptown EPS is all about service. JoAnn assisted me this morning with a smile on her face. Yes, she had a mask on, but I could see the smile in her eyes. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful. Joann and Tuco have been at this location for many years. I moved to Mexico in 2015 and they packed a TON of items for me. A chair, lamps, etc., all into the American Airlines required 65 dimensional inch boxes. I could not have made my move without them. In these uncertain times, it's nice to know some things remain the same like the excellent customer service and EPS Uptown!
Been using this location for YEARS and they are always so incredible. They take great care of me personally and for our business. We use their PO Box, shipping services and even buy cute gifts from here!
