Had an appt for 10:15. Arrived there at 9:57--nobody was there. Called their number and was told she would find out how far away he was and she would call me right back. At 10:10 nobody had shown and no phone call. Called again-said she would call right back-no phone call back to me. At 10:18 I called and was told he should be there in about 10 minutes and I just told her to tell him not to bother because I wasn't waiting any longer. If you set up an appointment with a business, don't you think that they should be there ahead of time to get things ready for the appointment. Being respectful of a client is being there before the clients appointment time.
This are awesome people thay work with all type of hours days and schedules he was my life saver when another guy in Irving didn't want to wait 15 min more I called thos man and heyyy he said yes I'm available ill help awesome people I highly recommend
Went to get my finger prints done and was in and out no wait. Professional and to the point with what is needed. I would recommend if you are in the area to stop by and use this service.
Ben the owner is great guy. He handles my fingerprinting request and does mobile also to help me with my busy schedule. I appreciate how he accommodated my need to get my fingerprints needed for my new job.. I keep using him year after year.
