Had an appt for 10:15. Arrived there at 9:57--nobody was there. Called their number and was told she would find out how far away he was and she would call me right back. At 10:10 nobody had shown and no phone call. Called again-said she would call right back-no phone call back to me. At 10:18 I called and was told he should be there in about 10 minutes and I just told her to tell him not to bother because I wasn't waiting any longer. If you set up an appointment with a business, don't you think that they should be there ahead of time to get things ready for the appointment. Being respectful of a client is being there before the clients appointment time.
