The two.wonderfully fun women who took my take-out order and packaged up dinner tonight did a great job for Dickie's on Wycliffe. Good food is one thing, but making it fun wad an unexpected bonus. 'Great job, you two!

The location, time and sag is encapsulated in my review. They need some help. Dickies #40 the meat is always just warm. Today the chicken was hot, but the brisket and the jalapeño sausage was barely warm. It’s happened 4 times now. Send those guys down to your store to learn how to keep the meat hot/warm instead of cold/warm. See the cheese it’s solid I used a fork to pick the cheese right out of the sausage meaning “cold” sausage. This is the best Dickeys location in the Dallas area. The staff are AWESOME and super friendly. The food is consistent and good. Tonight their credit card payment machine was broken and they gave me a free meal instead of sending me away because they recognized me as a regular customer. As someone new to Dallas this really speaks volumes and they’ve sold me as a permanent customer. So go check them out!!
I stopped by at 7pm on 2/2/21 to get a quick bite while my son was at wheelchair basketball practice and received the best customer service ever from Kisha and Leslie. They are very knowledgable about the food and were all around great. Very clean restaurant and welcoming environment.
Love this location. Great food, as always and great service!! Can't go wrong here if you want to chill and eat.
