I have searched for a nephrologist and have had a hard time with the office staff. I seemed to run into road blocks before even being able to make an appointment. When I phoned Dallas Nephrology Associates Mrs. Maria, their new patient coordinator, answered. She is by far the best in her business!! She didn’t just take the call, she listened and acted swiftly!! She’s filled with compassion and wants to help their patients!! Her heart moves me to tears!! I am so excited, grateful, and beyond blessed to be a patient of Dallas Nephrology Associates!! I would recommend anyone and everyone to this office and I haven’t even been seen by the team of doctors yet! It takes an entire team to treat patients and it starts with their office staff!! I wish I could rate 10 stars in platinum w specks of glitter and gold!! #PrayersAnswered
