I had a great experience! Prior to this, I had already walked out of a couple dealerships because they were playing games. I worked with Jeovanni whom was great. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Very efficient and no-nonsense. Financing was great too. I was pre-approved through my credit union and they beat my rate by a solid margin. Great experience all the way around. They'll be the first place I go to for my next car.

Our Jeep has been in the service department for over a month. They claim they don’t know how to fix it. It’s not a human body, it’s a car! That’s your job! We have to call every day, leave a message, and sometimes never get a return call. Our Jeep is under warranty, and I truly think they are stalling because our 5 year power train warranty is up in a few weeks. They have offered no rental car to drive, so we’ve had to rent a car for nearly a month now. This is the most horrible service I’ve ever encountered. We were about to trade our Jeep in for a new one in a few months. This entire ordeal has made us reconsider buying any more Jeeps moving forward. Do yourself a favor and purchase a vehicle from a company that knows how to repair it when it breaks down.

She updated me throughout the entire process, clearly explained servicing options, and effectively discussed the recommended servicing items for my next visit. I won't go into all of the details of my experience with Dallasdodge.net. What I will say is... Ask for Cesar Espinoza. Cesar is not your typical \car salesman\ (you know, the kind that gave that title a bad rap for so many years - the kind we consumers try to avoid like the plague). No, Cesar is not that guy. Cesar truly cares about his customers and customer service. He understands that a customer is not a hindrance to his day, a customer is THE reason for his day. To the management team of Dallas Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM, keep him in your sights when handing out promotions. I will be a faithful customer of his. I am 56 years old and have literally bought 25 brand new vehicles. I tend to keep them about 50k miles and get something new. In all of my automobile buying experience, there are only four (4) sales people that I trust. I'm proud to say that Cesar is one of those four.
