Dallas Auto Sunroof did a great job fixing my roof. New tracks with new motor and it's as good as new!! They are also fast with service! They fixed me up in 5 hours and I was ready to go! Same day service! Gotta luv that!Thanks Cesar

2014 Explorer had a faulty sunroof and was stuck open for the longest.....Called all dealerships and got insane quotes in excess of 1000.00. I did a more thorough search and found Dallas Sunroof and spoke with Cesar. I provided the motor and was charged for the labor. He had it up and running in just over an hour, car was clean and he was very respectful. Its hard to find legitimate business that are honest and wont take advantage of you. If your having sunroof issues I HIGHLY RECCOMEND this place.

F250 sunroof failed 5pm yesterday, on the phone with Cesar at 9am today and he promised it could be finished by 6pm if I got it there by noon. Got the truck to his shop by noon and at 3pm he called and said it would be ready at 4:30. Truck was sitting ready and good to go when I arrived - interior clean and better than I left it with him! He wanted me to go through all the operation modes of the roof and to inspect the headliner and ceiling lights - all ops checks good! FANTASTIC customer service! Everything as promised in less time than expected all at 1/3 the cost of a dealership repair plus they warrant their work for 3-years!

Horrible experience with these people. Not only did they not do a good job, they drove my wife’s car over 200 miles without permission. We had to take the car back 4 different times and it still isn’t right. They charged 250 for a full detail and it wasn’t even washed as far as we could tell. I don’t recommend this shop to anyone. All we got was excuses after we paid in full
