Do your research people.. I have been here for nearly 2 months and cannot wait to leave. 3 work orders have been put in since moving in and will put in another for the patio ceiling starting to collapse. I give it a two stars because the maintenance team and leasing team are attentive and on top of it but sadly can’t say the same about the community as a whole. Daily car break ins, mail box break ins, dog sh*t everywhere, and random people at the basketball courts on the daily. I do not feel safe living here especially with my pregnant wife coming in and out the lots alone. I wish I would of waited, don’t let the low prices get to you. Best to pay a little more for a piece of mind. You get what you pay for!!
Toured with Jane, best experience I've ever had as a potential future resident. Cannot say enough positive things about working with her. Highly recommend requesting Jane if visiting this property.
Let me 1st say, that Frank Jordan was very helpful with my understanding of the different floor plans he provided with my apartment search. Since, I want to be close to my parents and both places of employment, he definitely understood why I chose Cameden Farmers Market. Thanks so much Mr Jordan for your help...
1 star due solely to how management deals with issues. The attached pics are from a leak in our bedroom ceiling- something we reported back in February, and then again several times after. It was never inspected during the many weeks/months of sunshine (no rain) - and it STILL has not fixed. Is the black stuff mold? YOU BE THE JUDGE. It is now October and the leaking has led to many damaged items. It has taken us submitting several work orders, emails, and frustrated phone calls (which are directed to a call center, never the Dallas office) before we got a response- and only because we followed up with them persistently. It is unfortunate as the area is nice, but having to hunt management down for every little issue, only for insincere responses? IDK. Will update this review once the leaking windows and ceiling are fixed, depending on how that goes. At the very least, maintenance responds to emails - but responses only go so far when your ceiling is at risk for falling in along with MOLD.
