Definitely had a memorable experience here at this Dallas BBQs on Christmas Day. As of posting the restaurant is takeout and delivery only, but you couldn't tell the difference between the quality of service and quality of food. Food and service (front of house and back of house) were appropriate and timely. The customer service experience was exemplary and exceeded expectations for Christmas day. The food was almost perfect aside from some negligible oversights. Aside from that my experience was pleasant, safe, and adequate from the time I placed the order to the receipt of the order.

They were very friendly and professional. I did not wait more than 10 minutes to be asked what I wanted and the food was served within 15 minutes. Loved it and delish.
This spot provides extraordinary service and delicious menu. One of the best place in town. The food and drinks arrived quick and the rates are economical. I recommend this place.
My food was delivered cold. The advertisement indicated food would be delivered to door. However, I had to send someone to the lobby to pick up (this isn't contact less -false advertisement). I will not be using this service again. I'm also going to inform my friends and neighbors. There should be some compensation as there is a handling fee,delivery fee and a tip added.
