People rude. No set price but theres that they make up as they go. Saw the people going thru my stuff after they had already checked it. Can they be reported for this

My car was towed! There is no signage and even the woman inside the bus office said I can park my car on the street. Seemingly, I backed my car into a spot along the side of the bus station that said for patrons only. I hoped on the bus & headed to Houston. 3 days later my car is gone. Miguel Torres finally answered the phone after several rounds of calling and told me that apparently you can’t park your car here overnight. He proceeded to try to withhold his identity but then told me he was the supervisor, manager & owner once I told him he had wrong info. I’m sure he’s never met anyone like me that’s dead serious about money... & fortunately I’m in LAW SCHOOL Filing a small claims suit on him and his company in the morning and I’ll be happy to deliver the court summons by hand Bc I’m certified and registered to do so. All he had to do was ask for my bus ticket confirmation number call the tow company and have my car released. Shame on me for trying to reason with a small business owner in a marginalized community. All I do is help people & now I’ve been treated with great disrespect!
I don’t recommend this bus at all they have poor service and rude people on our way over there they made a whole lot of stops the guy at some point was driving way too fast that almost flipped the bus over which gave us a mini heart attack and he was laughing about it! Which in our opinion wasn’t funny they had bad WiFi some buses had a charger to connect it they were driving too slow at some point that got us late to our destination they also had only one TV for the whole bus that was probably more older than my mom one of the bus drivers took a break and decided to sit infront of my mom and scooted his seat all the way back squishing my mom which made her uncomfortable and gladly the guy scooted up on the way back we had to switch buses because only 7 people were on our bus and that includes us we were already frustrated the guy had said we were gonna get the same seats we had and ended up giving us other seats but my mom said we wanted the seats we were gonna have so we sat down and they guy infront of me had his seat all the way back and didn’t want to scoot up when I asked politely if he could then another lady got in and said ok can you just calm down you already have your seats which is basically getting in our business she should’ve never gotten into. Basically saying these people were disrespectful and rude and UNORGANIZED last words are don’t travel with this bus! They also ignored my dad when he asked questions

Street is not very well lit, doesn't feel like a place to be waiting for a bus. The lighting need to be improved.
