In my experience with Judge Aiesha Redmond and her court staff, I can only say how unfortunate it is for Dallas County, Texas. I was forced to file 2 recusals against this judge and filed a complaint with the State Commission on Judicial Conduct in Austin, Texas. She clearly does not follow the Texas Rules for Civil Procedure and blatantly refuses to follow the rules. Moreover, she is unprofessional during hearings by making noticeable squirms and comments. Most outrageous was the judge and staff telling my witness(es) who were issued a subpoena to testify, that the case was closed and that there was no need to come to court. And then closed the case, which was no where near being closed. Unprofessional, takes money from trial lawyers who are actively before her trying cases, and obviously sides with defense lawyers. Such a disgrace to the judicial standards that people and citizens expect and deserve.

Judge Redmond is one of the worst judges I have appeared in front of in the past 30 years. My experiences with her are terrible. She needs to be replaced, and in fact I have a 5000 donation for whoever wants to run against her; that’s how bad of a judge she is.

The lack of professionalism from this court is astounding. The tax payers of Dallas deserve better!
