We are 76 & 85yrs and in poor health. Tried every way to ask for yearly usage gas/elec ( this info should be freely available in my account info) I feel unable to look for a cheaper deal Gone with their LOYALTY DEAL Fixed 21 as I cannot speak or contact anyone here

Still waiting on share of profits. This company has went from small older premises in musselburgh to bigger newer premises in shawfair. They have also taken on alot of hundreds of new staff and now they are doing adverts on national television with a ex rugby player as the main sell. None of this is cheap to do but for some strange reason they still wont pass any profits on even though that was there main sell when i came on board near to the start of this new local company. My thinking is they will sell the business at a massive profit later to one of the big six.

Spend over an hour on hold two weeks ago after being sent an email that my bill was increasing. Spoke to a lady who discussed a more affordable rate of 85 month. Two weeks later I received an email saying it is going up to 105 (the price I said was not affordable) No weekend phone line, no online chat and no replies to emails. Avoid this company, I will be moving!

Was lured into signing-up with a nice quote of 85 a month just a few months ago. They then increased it to 143 after a month and, today (just a couple of months later), up to 165. Also, my queries to them about the new smart meter that has just been fitted, and whether I am on the cheapest tariff, all remain unanswered. I wish I had never switched from Octopus.

Been with this company a couple of years. Never had any problems. Excellent competitive pricing. Never had any issues with service. I do make sure to submit readings regularly - I see other reviewers have logged issues with price/dd changes/credits etc. I think if you submit accurate readings on time, many of these can be avoided. -
