First class service from the team who were efficient and very helpful as well as friendly. We had a stair carpet fitted along with decorative Amtico to the hallway. The finished product is excellent and exceeded expectations. The work was finished in good time with minimal disruption and the area was thoroughly cleared up and cleaned. We are looking to have further work done in the near future and will definitely be going back.

Very professional service! Excellent job completed at my clinic in Dalkeith. Craig and his team are Such nice guys and went out their way to have it competed quickly as I had a time restraints. So happy, would give more stars if I could!!
Very poor quality of finish. Now have to get in the region of 60 m2 of Karndean lifted and total refit. Not bloody happy

Beware if thinking of using Elite Flooring!! Started a job for me with poor results so Craig the owner said he would come and finish personally. Two months later and plenty if excuses with little imagination such as van broken down, going on holiday, lads gone off sick etc etc they say that will return to complete and dont turn up. Workmanship was poor, timekeeping was poor and customer communication skills were non existent except when it came to issuing invoices!! Trust me, avoid all the hassles I've encountered and go to a professional company who care about customers!!
