I was attempting to obtain a bid for a house demolition and apparently with Dale Brothers you had better know that it is not enough to have utilities shut off, there is a process to kill service with the water and gas companies, specific to preparing for demolition. When asked for proof that utilities were disconnected, I took photos of the missing electric meter with no power line running to it, as well as the gas meter where Missouri Gas Energy had removed a section of pipe to disconnect service. Dale Brothers'' response was basically akin to saying \You're an idiot and I don't want to work with you anymore!\ ... they refused to bid the job. Apparently there IS a job to small or I am too stupid to be their customer. Honestly, I've never been treated so offensively by a company I was attempting to do business with.
Dale Brothers Demolition and Excavating Contractors did an excellent job knocking down and removing some old buildings we inherited. After they removed the debris they filled in the holes and graded it so well you can no longer tell where the buildings originally were. We would recommend this company if you desire a quality on-time demolition or excavating service in the Kansas City area.
