Great little gym in Palermo. Good opening hours 7-21.30! Friendly staff and trainers. Equipment is quite good, basics are there, bench press, squat rack, pull-up bars, cables. Dumbbells only go up to 36 though. Great gym if you're a tourist and want to get some workouts done. They have water fountains. Bring your own towel if you want to shower and a lock if you want a big locker - if not they have small boxes that lock with a code, they even have chargers inside!
Great place to work out. Well equipped, very clean and aside from a rude brunette girl who sometimes works the desk, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend this facility!
very friendly, in an central area, a nice designed gym with everything that you need! i stayed 1 week for holiday in palermo and it was perfect for me!
Best Fitnesscenter ever!!! During my 2 week holiday in Sicily I have found this small but very beautiful gym. The staff is very professional and polite. The changingrooms are very pleasing and clean. 5 Stars!
