gave a gift card and bank card to drive through. cashier didn't apply the gift card and charged my bank full amount for a family of 6. after the 40mi drive home I called back to find someone on the phone was lying to me and said nothing they could do but give me back my gift card if I drove back. angrily drove back and the manager really set things right and took care of us. thanks dq manager maybe some more training for staff

Drive thru line was long but inside was empty. So I came in to order all employees had their face masks on was helped by a friendly cashier who took my order for a banana split which was only 3.30 AMAZING!! They had Christmas decorations and designated areas blocked off that customers arent allowed to be.
Been ordering ice cream lately because of a sore throat. I always get the same thing, blizzards with extra reese's and butterfinger. The first couple of time its was great, lots of candy but now its like they are barely sprinkling the toppings in;. mostly vanilla ice cream no candy and they charge too much for the extra toppings. Charging and not delivering.
I did not have a good experience at this Dairy Queen. As I walked in I saw some of the entrances to the tables were closed off. My thoughts they didn't want anyone to go in those directions. I place my order and gave the girl a gift card to pay and she said they couldn't take the gift card. Cancel the order I told her. She went back to check and said she could take my gift card. I got my order and what to sit down and the place was shut down it was to-go orders only. So I had to eat outside in the heat on the picnic tables. I mentioned to a young man that they should have a sign on the door that says take out only he said they do. This is what it looked like. I saw the picture of the :-) and thought it was just telling me to wear a mask. Takeout order only should have been bigger than wear a mask. Anyway I was so unhappy and hot; now you heard my story
Ordered 4 chicken kids meals they didn't give us any options other than drinks. They gave all vanilla cones and fries. Kids would have liked applesauce or banana, I did ask at the window about the ice cream option so 3 of them did get that and what no toy? That's what kids said.
