Phenomenal dram. Every whisky has its own flavor, but this one stands apart with how well the body of the whisky is constructed. I’ve never had a more balanced and in sync glass.

디아지오의 포트폴리오 증류소 중 하나. 공식 투어 프로그램은 운영하지 않으나, 축제기간 등 특별한 날에는 테이스팅이 포함된 증류소 투어를 해볼 수 있다. 도보로 방문하기엔 먼 거리이므로, 투어를 할 수 있는 행운을 잡았다면 운전자를 위해 20-30ml들이 작은 병을 챙겨가면 좋을 것이다. Waxy한 풍미가 짙은 증류 원액이 굉장히 인상적이며, 1980 34yo 제품은 기회가 되면 꼭 마셔볼 것.

Destylarnia Dailuaine leży w zagłębiu whisky w środowej Szkocji. Zachęcam oczywiście do wycieczki z przewodnikiem i obowiązkowej degustacji na koniec. Możemy też sie zapotrzeć w niezbędne butelki w sklepie firmowym na terenie destylarni. Polecam gorąco każdemu miłośnikowi whisky.
