I recently had Cool Tech install 5 Mitsubishi split Airconditioning units in my house (London). Firstly I got the best price and a 6 year parts and labour warranty which is really rare. The two engineers were brilliant. 1) they arrived on time as they said they would. 2) They did the job faster than anticipated because they worked so hard, non stop. 3) they were polite even when unexpected problems came up like the wrong units were delivered. 4)They resolved all problems and did more than what was quoted for, without charging me extra. Inevitably on big jobs, unexpected things can crop up but whilst some companies will seize the opportunity to charge the customer more, Cool Tech resolved all the issues, which costed them more but didn't pass the cost on to me. It was a brilliant experience. I have had many air conditioning units installed over the last 10 years and I have to say the experience with Cool Tech's installation team was the best.
