Okay so I was in the mood for steak so i searched around where to get a good steak , and I read about this establishment having a good steak and was really looking forward to it Its my first time here, me and my partner ordered 2 servings of porterhouse (1 medium and 1 well done) with veggies and rice The staff was very accommodating and we got our orders after 15 mins or so. At first you can see that the steak was greasy and adding 2 chunks of butter didn't help. The steak measures a little over 1 cm thick (0.4 in) .Cutting into the steaks medium and well done has no difference at all, cutting the steak with a saw knife had some difficulty, biting into it was rubbery and chewy and a lil bit dry. The vegetables were cooked well and the gravy was good. A serving won't fill a 75kg man But in no means I'm not telling you its bad , you can try it for yourself it still is wallet friendly, another man's option should be your basis

Sizzling County is an entry-level steakhouse. Why? First, the price for a porterhouse steak is on the low end. Second, medium rare is well-done. Third, based on its location, its target market are college students from the provinces. Thus, this rating is for an entry-level steakhouse. If you're used to eating steaks on the regular, then you'll be disappointed. If you're starting a steak adventure, then Sizzling County is a good start without making a big dent on your wallet. Iced tea is above-average. It's not your typical iced tea in a sachet at a neighborhood sari-sari store. Porterhouse steak is thin; maybe one eight of an inch, maybe less. And even though it's well-done, it's not rubberized chewy. Some parts are tender, some parts are chewy. You can't taste the beef flavor though as it is drowned out by Maggi or Knorr seasoning. The vegetable side dish is perfect and the rice is ordinary. The venue and presentation of the food is good enough. Unfortunately, the restroom needs a lot of improvement.
