One of the best cafes in Dagupan. Love their cappuccino. Other local cafes we visited - including Starbucks - makes cappuccino that taste like latte. I highly recommend PBC!

PBC had the best tasting walnut brownie I ever had. The walnut was crunchy while the dark chocolate wheat base was not too sweet; just right. It was also my first time to be served a hot walnut brownie; hence, the experience was very memorable. It went well with the capuccino. Butternut capuccino was excellently brewed and blended. Meanwhile, the Banh mi was hot and superbly delicious with its exotic flavors. Airconditioning was excellent and the ambience was soothing great! Jazz music was super cool.
I tried 2 different cakes. They were dry and hard.
Comfy. That is best word to describe the place. Unlike other coffee shops in the city, PB has class and has great food and coffee choices too!
Good ambiance, especially when less crowded. :) Friendly staff & good pastries/drinks.
Cafe Mocha was ok. Cozy place. Limited parking in the mall. You'll have to park on the side of the road.
So cozy, fast wifi connection but with time limit, foods are also good even the drinks and coffee the only thing it is expensive not budget friendly.
