The products quality is not worth the cost, a lot of options but not affordable

While the lechon is tasty, the pork is usually too fatty and the meat is not so tender. I'm a regular Elma's Lechon buyer when there are special occasions until I discovered a better alternative. I used to go there before 7:00 a.m. when the lechon is freshly cooked, still whole and smoking hot to get the best part which is the belly/bacon area. Unfortunately, the last few several instances when I bought lechon there, I have been consistently given one half belly part and the other half the ham part which is tough and not too flavorful. AND that definitely defeats the purpose of being an early bird. If you want to dine in at Elma's, be warned: the place is not so clean and the comfort room is small and messy.
