Absolute shambles of a company, my delivery did not arrive on 25th driver turned up and left after 15 minutes say sorry we missed you, delivered 26th to find two of the three boxes very badly damaged and two bags of goods almost empty, not even in the boxes, presume the driver had an accident yesterday and took them back to be taped up, shambles of a company and no way you can complain directly to them, which suits their terrible service, I would NOT use them by choice. I just wish you could give a score of MINUS 5 stars

They are a disgrace. Do not send anything with them. You will finish paying for a service that is not happening and to get the money back is imposible. AVOID
Absolutely useless. I was waiting for my parcel to arrive yesterday and i never heared someone knoking on the door. So today i decided to stay next to the door with the door open so the driver will at least see that someone is there. Then, out of nowhere i get a message that my parcel couldnt be delivered cause my driver couldnt find me... The worst part isnt that! The worst part is that they had the blls to even attach a photo of my location as a proof that they came...i will attach the photo so you can have a laugh.... After that i gave them a call and they said the driver is gonna be back before 16.00 cause this was a big mistake. Guess what....its 17.24 now and DPD is closed till tomorrow. Thanks DPD Thanks Ebi
Dpd Germany is by far the most horrible and unprofessional delivery company there is. There is no information about the law that the receivers and address names have to be exactly the same. A difference in the names got my parcel returned even after 4 times of contacting German and UK Dpds trying to update the addresses. On top of that, when I finally received my parcel which was completely damaged. Dpd is not willing to do anything about it, because there is a specific term for reporting damage. In conclusion, Dpd is unresponsive, unprofessional, irresponsible, slow and rude. I would never recommend it.
