I would give 0 star if I could! The worst courier company ever!! I waited for more than three days to have my parcel collected, originally it was supposed to be collected on Monday. No one came, no call from DPD. Then rescheduled to Tuesday, again no one came no call from them, then rescheduled again and again the same thing just repeated endless!!! I called their customer service many times during these days, they only good at apologising and guaranteeing you the item will be collected soon which never come true!! It is hard to image such useless bunch of people are there cheating all the time! Please avoid DPD at all costs!

A disgrace. Do not send anything using this company. They shouldn't be able to operate in the UK. Rubbish.
The worst experience with pdp, they lost my parcel, it was Samsung tablet, I have a trouble I lost money and tablet together
Drop off some fruits for next day delivery, DPD havent bothered to pick them up from the drop off point for 2 days, nice to see my perishable good go to waste - I paid for the to service too - AVOID if you have customers
Company ran by spastics paid 10 for next day delivery collection and they didn't even turn up might as well deliver the package across country yourself
