Took over 20 mins to arrive, found it difficult for them to understand my location however if you run a local mini cab service you should be aware of the local area. The cab driver wasn't told my location so I had to explain where I was twice. Over priced. I support local businesses which is why I ordered a mini cab however I will not be using this service again. A mini cab service needs to be fast and accurate to match the efficiency of major cab companies like uber.

DO NOT I REPEAT!!!! Do NOT BOOK THIS CAB STATION. I ORDERED A CAB WAITED OVER 30mins for the cab to arrive, the driver didn’t understand the location he needed to go. Cab driver then refused to drive me to the destination because he claimed it was too risky !! As I explained to him he would receive payment once I have been dropped off. Senseless baboons!! By far the WORST!!!!!!!

Pre booked an airport run for early morning, never arrived on time, it was always just 5 mins away. Went to another company who found us a cab to take us to the airport. Our original driver phoned us en route to the airport to ask where we were as no one home. He had arrived over 1 hour late and we were nearly already at the airport. This company is nearest to our house but we will never use again!!!
