2/1/2021 Edit: After posting my review I received a call from the store manager where I purchased these items. She informed me that the o returns\ policy was going to be ending on Feb. 1st and that I was welcome to return the crates after that date. I really do appreciate them taking the time to call me after my survey response and this review. Thankfully Petco decided that a no return policy wasn't really going to move the needle after all and put customer service first. Thank you! I was in a hurry to get some supplies for a Pilots N Paws rescue transport that I was flying the following day. I purchased three crates thinking I could get them to fit in my aircraft, only one would fit, I needed smaller crates for the other locations. When I tried to return the unused crates the following day I was informed that Petco was not taking returns currently due to a new policy. No one could tell me how long this new policy would be in place and now I'm stuck with crates that I can't use, and I don't want to buy more and potentially be out even more money then I already am. I'll be taking my business elsewhere where I can return items that I can't use. Very disappointed.

This used to be my favorite place to bring my dogs for a bath. It seems that Terry is no longer the Manager and the new manager is not doing a good job at all. When we went in to bathe our dog the tubs were not prepared. There were no towels, shampoos were not filled and the dryers had been bolted to the wall so that you couldn’t dry your dog in the tub anymore. When I brought this to the new “managers” attention he made up excuses about how there had been other people in before me. That’s why it was like that. We were the first customers of the day. I’m sorry but I watched you unlock the door! Anyway, it’s really sad to see the decline in service. I drove past two other self serve dog washes just to come here but...not anymore. I will be finding a new place.

Honestly, I want to take my stuff back right now because, the lady at the cash register is so rude. She just asked me “are you ready” with nothing else said. She didn’t say thank you, or ANYTHING. I work in customer service so I know excellent customer service. RUDE. Of course, she’s smiling and greeting the caucasian lady. Its 2020. Get over yourself. I won’t be back.
