just had a stove fitted by Dave and his team and must say from the first time we went into the shop to the stove being installed the service has been first class. The work carried out in my house was excellent and the install is fantastic. the communication from them has been perfect and keeping to the time scales we was first advised right from day 1. the install team was proffesional and polite and keeping the work area tidy at all times. i lit it for the first time last night and must say even though its a small stove it heated the room perfectly and the Dave came up with a great idea of the pipework being inside of the room and as an engineer i love the pipework following the ceiling on the inside and this gives off additional heat it will look even better when the room isfinished. Thank you Dave and his team and the ladies in the shop thye really couldntt do enough to help. i would and will recommend them to anyone looking for a Stove

I was very nervous about having a stove put in as it was the most money I had ever spent on anything besides a house. I needn't have worries as Dave was as concerned about a good finish as I was. DT Stoves were recommended to me by my plumber as they had fitted his. I couldn't fault the process from the start. When I spoke to Alison she was extremely passionate and knowledgable about the products and this made me much more comfortable with what I was buying. Dave listened to everything I wanted and he and his team created exactly what I had in my head. The most impressive part for me has been that having had a small niggle with some plaster finish, the moment I told Dave he had his team rectify it right away without hesitation. To me, that speaks volumes. Dave and his team were always very polite and helpful and if I ever have another stove (which I am now sure I will) I would go straight back to them.
