Unbelievable from start to finish. I live around 35 miles from these guys but they couldn’t help enough, I had another choice down in Malton but when I originally rang them they just didn’t seem interested at all, I had a Sony warranty repair which was replaced with a new and more into date Tv, thank you for your extremely efficient service, would I recommend? 100% I would. Well done whoever is in charger here. Amazing.

Very poor customer service. One of the receptionist was very abrupt and rude! My little attachment for internet was attached to my tv and when it was delivered today after 5 days the attachment wasn’t attached to it and apparently it was left in the office. When I rang she said it won’t be delivered today and it was a mistake and being very rude about it! as if it was my fault! Someone else rang me after 10 min and she said I will get my attachment this afternoon! So I don’t know why the first receptionist was trying to tell me that no one can drop it off today! So disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.
Very poor attitude from more than one member of staff. Would not recommend.
Sony tv was picked up on 4th March and delivered today full working , from start to finish communication was fantastic. Thanks for a great service and would recommend to anyone .
They took my tv for repair via insurance company. Great communication and very friendly. Kept me up to date with what was happening. When tv was written off they came back to drop off brackets from broken tv. Great service. Thank you
