I do not want even give 1 star. Every sales here are unfriendly, inpatient. I spent more than 500 Euro here, not even get a small sample product. And i waited so long to pay which other 'old' customer can just skip the line, and one of the sales even use finger to point at me....this should not happen in Düsseldorf, not in Königalle!! unbelievable! Einfach unglaublich.

One of the biggest Douglas we have seen. All known exclusive parfume, make-up, creams and lotions are available. Friendly crew with great service. I'm not sure they will threath you the same if you're not wearing Louis Vuitton, Boss, McCain, Sträter and MK. We have seen people not helped that great as we were welcomed. It seems they look the way you're dressed. But besides that only negative point, it's a great Douglas with great service.
