I work as a Spanish teacher in the UK and every year I take a group of teenage students to Gadir to learn the language and the culture of Spain and Cadiz in particular. The staff is really friendly and experienced and the management will always go the extra mile to ensure everything goes to perfection. The prices are really competitive! I can't recommend Gadir enough!!

I do not have enough superlatives to describe this school. It really is a very special place. Very professional and committed teachers and yet it also feels like a family. I have returned so many times and look forward to coming back again. Viva Cádiz, viva GADIR.
I have been to GADIR twice, in 2015 and 2018. I participated in a Summer Course for Spanish Teachers. The course was really interesting and very well structured with excellent teachers. I felt at home in GADIR. Everybody in the school is friendly and ready to help you. Everybody loves what is doing at the school and you can see happy students and happy teachers. There are a lot of cultural visits and tours you can choose from . I went to Vejer de la Frontera. Its an amazing place. You can enjoy learning Spanish and going to the beach when you are in GADIR. The host families are great too. I highly recommend GADIR for learning Spanish and have fun! ¡Mucha suerte, amigos!
The perfect full immersion of PROFESSIONALITY, FUN AND CULTURE. GADIR is the best school I have ever attendedn. and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for the highest teaching quality in combination with a lot of fun and welcoming environment. I have been to the school twice for long period of times and thanks to them I am now myself a teacher of Spanish. Sois los mejores, nos vemos pronto!
I have been to several good language schools in Spain but every summer I find myself drawn back to the beautiful, historic city of Cadiz and to Gadir. I am beginning to lose count of the number of years I have enrolled as a student there. Cristina (the director) and all the teachers who have taught me, Lolo, Paloma, Moises, Concha, Vicky and David (though he has, sadly, since left) are wonderful – dedicated, professional, highly experienced and eminently approachable. I have always appreciated their patience with my periodic ‘wobbles’ over my lack of self confidence in speaking Spanish. Classes are small and intimate – never more than 6 people and sometimes less – and usually punctuated with much laughter. As a grammar enthusiast, I particularly enjoy these classes and am always struck by the teachers’ depth of knowledge. In recent years, I have favoured individual one-to one classes over conversation groups, as these can be tailored to my needs and permit greater speaking time. I have found them invaluable. What is particularly striking about Gadir is its sense of community and family and I always feel warmly welcomed back as a friend. It is little wonder that students return time and again and not a year goes by when I don’t see a familiar face. I cannot recommend Gadir highly enough.
