The second time we left after 20 minutes of waiting. Old guy was there but did not help us. The day before the service was good though.

We had a short stay at this nice chirinquito in Tarifa where the beaches are beautiful and white. Nice staffed beach bar with view to the surfers. Nice drinks and good food.
