Awesome service for lawn service in calgary.

I bought a Groupon for a front and backyard clean up. I called to book & the receptionist said someone would get back to me and took my info down but nobody did. So I booked on the website and nobody honoured the appointment or got in touch with me. Will be trading in the Groupon for something else. I don’t know how their services are but communication with customers is obviously lacking when I’ve already paid for a service and can’t book the appointment. ETA: no, I did not mean a summer clean up, it was the groupon for a spring cleanup. This occurred in May.
