Very disappointed with the level of service I received from Cycling 2000. I dropped my bike off on the 28th August, had to make numerous calls for weeks to find out what was going with my bike. I was told they were struggling with their suppliers for replacement parts. After 26 days of waiting I was told they had done no work on my bike as they still could not source a bearing for the frame. By this time, I had had enough, called another bike shop who told me it was a standard bearing and agreed to do the work immediately. Frustrating experience and poor customer communication. Would not recommend for electric bikes.

Excellent service. Just returned to cycling after a 16 year break. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff guided me through the latest options available and choose the most suitable bike for my needs at a sensible price.
I've been dealing with Dave and the team at C2K for a few years now. He has kept my Cannondale Evo Super Six bike in top class condition and supplied me with lots of equipment and clothing. Always a pleasure to visit the shop, very knowledgeable in all aspects of cycling. Supporting a local family business has never felt so good.
4 stars because of covid preventing me to look around shop..
