I really like the parts department at Ducati Vermont. They are always friendly, helpful and willing to answer questions. I rarely have my bike serviced as I prefer to do my own work, but after picking up my Hayabusa for a sprocket and chain replacement I was happy to notice they washed my bike.... and I mean really washed my bike. I pack on hundreds of miles a week on dusty Vermont gravel roads and my bike is a filthy girl. Literally, the cleanest I have ever seen my bike since it was new.

Was passing through their area when I filled my tank with some bad gas. The bike would not run. I called Cyclewise. Even though I was riding on a “Brand X” motorcycle, they dropped what they were doing and picked me and the bike up in a van, took us to the shop, drained fuel, replaced with fresh and sent me on my way. Very hospitable and, I thought, very reasonable charge. Thanks guys!
