Amazing experience from start through delivery. Walked in and met with John who listened to what I was looking for and walked me through all the options (with great patience). He was super friendly and knowledgeable and narrowed things down for me. After making decision met with Danny for the handover and again, what an amazing customer service experience. He helped get me set up and answered all my questions. Overall, I’m super impressed with the experiences. It can be a bit daunting for a new old man cyclist going into some shops but these guys are top notch professionals. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

Great service. I went there during a cycle trip and they adjusted my brakes and handler very quickly and with no cost. Awesome local business again!
Popped in today to see if they could help remove stuck (not enough muscle) pedal. Although the guys were extremely busy he offered to help on the spot and the pedal came off! Really friendly, super helpful, thanks so much. I have had my bike serviced there before and was very happy then. Would highly recommend these guys :)
Exceptional service received on buying a new bike, the guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Advice given on additional kit needed was also great. Absolutely delighted they made the whole experience a pleasure rather than an ordeal
Great staff! I went in during the lockdown. My bike was delivered without the pedals being installed. Although, they were really busy, they helped me by screwing the pedals in and they did not charge me for it!!
