Newbie to bike riding and I had a flat tire a good three hours away from my home. Cycles 4u Direct were the closest shop to me at that time, made my way there and despite the owner having a completely booked up day he still found the time to help teach me how to repair my tire. Incredible customer service and a real genuine guy. Highly recommend.
