Cyclelogical (Newcastle) Ltd

I’ve had cause to use Cyclelogical on two occasions recently. Both times, the owner and sales assistant have fixed the issues promptly and cheaply - giving great advice which actually led to spending less money than I’d intended!

Thank you very much Peter! A typical old school bike shop, lots of knowledge and honesty. I rang here as i had rang a manufacturer shop and they could not get me in for a few weeks, but i needed mine looked at before the weekend. Peter answered and his knowledge was clear to see and nothing was a problem. The bike was dropped off within the hour, serviced and repaired within 24 with new components being fitted too. I can not fault the service and honesty. When Peter rang to tell me what it needed, he gave me a quote and i told him to proceed. When i came to collect and pay, the bill was not as much as Peter had thought, i do think some shops/chains would have still charged the previous quote but Peter didn't. Can not recommend enough.

Brought my bike in for a repair this morning- was ready to collect within the hour. Cost was a lot less than I anticipated. Great service. Highly recommend.

Great local bike shop. Peter the owner/head mechanic is a seriously knowledgeable ex-Shimano exec with bucket loads of experience, including as senior team at now defunct M Steele, and with national level cycling teams. Good selection of components in store and variety of bike brands can be bought through them. Do not expect inexperienced sales advisers giving insincere skin deep advice. Do expect plain talking, no nonsense, quality service.
