Took my sons bike in for a dropper post fitting, the guys at cycle technology were amazing! Offered very helpful advice over the phone and in the shop and completed the internally routed cable work to an exceptional standard. Bought a bike during the first lockdown, I've had nothing but trouble with it. They've had it for weeks waiting for parts to be replaced in the end I took my bike elsewhere. Definitely wouldn't buy from them again
