Called in to Cycle Route on passing and found a Fantastic shop with some really good equipment, the staff are friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. This is a refreshing change to the usual snobby LBS.Will certainly use this great shop again when i'm in the Scunthorpe area. Thanks to all the staff for a pleasant shopping experience.
Bought my first new bike in 30 years and cycle route lincs have helped me every step of the way! They set it up, advised me on my riding style, how to use the clip on pedals and lots more! They have a fabulous range of cycles and components too!
Just received my bike back after a 24 hour turn around. Had a bottom bracket bearing issue which was swifty sorted by stripping and regreasing (far beyond me). Excellent service by friendly, helpful staff. Recommend to anyone.
I find people are quick to complain but slow to praise, well I can not paradise the team enough, I called to book my bike in for a service as I was having problems with the gearing on my bike, they allowed me to drop it in on Saturday morning and by lunchtime I was able to collect my bike running the best it has in a long time. I would recommend the team at Cyle Route Lincs to anyone who values customer service when so many of the big stores just see you as a pound sign. Thankyou.
