I have given my e-bike Cube to be fixed 6 weeks ago and I am disappointed about the outcome. They still don't know, what is the issue with the frame - is it broken or other reason of the fault? The shop has got no initiative towards the Cube service and when I am calling the shop, where I have purchased the bike, they don't know, what is happening with my bike. The shop seems not to bother to show interest about my bike.Very disappointed about this shop. Not happy at all...
I can't for the life of me see why this place is getting a few negative reviews - every time I've been here, most of all this very difficult week, the service, conversation, product knowledge and availability (etc etc) have all been spot on. I could never have hoped for better service - unlike Halfords!!
