I was really impressed with the quality and speed of service provided. My BMC was taken in for a full service and carbon frame check. They carried out the necessary tests and made a number of adjustments to ensure the bike was setup optimally. Their attention to detail and care was excellent, which is important for a high-end bike. They also provided excellent guidance for one of my parts that may need replacing. All of this was carried out in less than 24 hours, as they had spare time on the weekend. You can't ask for more than that.
One quick phone call and Matt recognised my predicament, produced a replacement wheel and swapped my cassette across when my worn rim failed near Mayfield. This meant I was able to complete my ride (AV) to Newhaven in time for my booked train home. Well done Cycle Revival!
Popped up to the shop for some help with rear brakes. Matt what a legend was super helpful and gave advice on how to get the best fitting! Definitely go back here again for any biking needs!
