This is an excellent shop. The staff are friendly, very knowledgeable, care about bikes, and most importantly care about their customers – they listen, and are generous with their time and help. I have used bicycle shops around Milton Keynes for over thirty years and came across this one by chance. But the service I received there is better than any of the others.

Just getting back to what it was before. The service has changed again to worst. I was quite happy with the previous staff but they are now not very helpful. The below was my previous comment which deserves 5 stars but for me is back to two. The prices are ok so that give the extra star to the shop. Much better staff. I bought three bikes in this store in the last 4 years and multiple spares and there has been a massive change. The staff is qualified, advise better and they are also much more friendly.
I went in a few months ago for a small and obscure part, the gentleman rummaged through the draws and found me the part, and didn’t even charge for it. This is not the sort of service you will get from a big chain store (no pun intended). Small, local, knowledgeable and friendly, this is the type of business we should try and support on the high street. They will get my repeat business, and I’m even happy to pay next time!

such a friendly welcoming crew deep knowledge and a great range of bikes from starter to pro. been there for years and a good reason for that. great bargains in the end of January sale this weekend Feb 3rd. got mine
