I found all the Staff to be Very friendly & Helpful. Offering not only a very good service, but useful & constructive advice. Cycle King offers an array of Various Bikes to suit all ages. Even a Tandem caught my eye, along with an electric bike. Every accessory you could possibly need. Their maintenance is Swift with, at the moment a short if any waiting time. There is Distancing & Safety/Hygiene measures in Place. I can highly recommend this store to all.

I phoned Croydon branch yesterday afternoon looking for help on and older Santana believed to have been bought from Cycle King a long while ago, while the guy couldn't help me directly he tried very hard and gave me links to every possible option that may solve my problems. I knew your boss when he was doing up second hand bikes as a young man. I still have a Dawes that came from him directly, sevice seems to live on in the company, even to someone in France. Thank you!
Absolutely disgusted at the poor service & lack of knowledge. I had grown up in croydon and my family have bought bikes from cycle king many times. So knowing the reliability and value should continue once again. This is not the case, given the current circumstances we are all facing all the staff are very reluctant on helping customers. Only observing from afar and avoiding any need in help. Customers like myself and my partner had to waive for assistance in a bare shop. When this continued with more customers it is still evident of lack of help. My partner had lack of knowledge to a bike he wanted. For his height and the terrain he is wanting to use the bike for...and all they advised is “you get what you pay for” which is not a reasoning as to what bike is right for the height or terrain etc. The bike which they supplied after a week of waiting had a rusted chain chips to the frame and pedal bars and was not serviced at all. Another example of seeing that the care for health and safety after mentioning they need to safety check was far from it. I would beer from this Cycle king and look at the Dartford Cycle king for better service or pay for Evans cycles to where you can as Croydon cycle king say “you get what you pay for”
This is where I bought by first bike 15 years and I still go regularly for services etc. I took my bike in today after it started making a very strange noise. They found something wrong with the brake pads that they'd never seen before, but despite that, within half an hour they'd sorted it and I was back on the road. Always friendly, helpful and not expensive
Great shop, great customer service! I love the idea of \click and collect\ which they have. Also, I think they've got everything you need and the prices are reasonable. Customer service is friendly and really helpful. Thanks guys!
