Would definitely recommend CWB as an estate agent. We were for sale with another agent for 3 months and only 1 viewing, we felt forgotten. Changed to CWB and the viewings came rolling in. We hit a few bumps in the road with the joys of various lockdowns but we successfully sold in the end and found our dream house. Great communication throughout, especially with the use of a WhatsApp group. Ash was ace when it came to selling and Warren and the team helped see it through to the end. Thanks all
From the start to end Ashley, Warren and the team were fantastic. Very professional and kept us up to date at all times. As mentioned on previous reviews the fee was known from the start. Again not like others who stated let's not worry about that we can discuss it later. Woukd definitely use them again and recommended to all.
CWB were very professional when Ash came to view the property first time. Had all the answers for every question that was asked, and was really quick in getting the property measured and listed with amazing photos. The communication was very good from all the team at CWB they also found us a new buyer with in 2 days for our house when the first buyer fell through. Great service and they outlined all costs from the start which other agents were not so quick to do. Would highly recommend and would use again.
Ashley was the man who helped us get the house of our dreams, super friendly and professional, replied to messages immediately and made the purchase of our home so much less stressful would 100% reccomend using these guys!!!
