Fantastic service, I went in with my daughter to buy fabrics to make our own face masks and the ladies were happy to advise us on best fabrics for machining and comfort hen being used. They even took the time to show us exactly how to make them with a full demonstration... I only wish our efforts at home were as successful... it’s safe to say I won’t be appearing on next years Great Sewing Bee! Would recommend this shop to everyone, even real beginners (like us)... there is always a friendly welcoming feeling, even in these difficult times.

Unhelpful service, zero people skills everytime I have been in, won't bother going back there.
checked online for opening times,said open at 10.am drove all the way there to find a sign on the door saying wont be open ,, drove home again checked online as it was after 10.am it said open until 4.pm,,, not very good for customers ,,why dont they put a message online so people like me dont waste my time driving there and back
I went there to bye foam I had some coming in the post but it got delayed so went there to bye foam I bought it arrived so when I went to retire it they did not let me because the lady behind the desk didn't give me a receipt so they gave me a credit note in stead which I wont use I ask for my money back but they refused the products are over price will never use again bad customer services
