I made birthday reservations for 20 people with Marci and she was amazing. She handled all of our last minute changes with grace. She was very prompt and professional with each request. On the night of our celebration, the servers Dana and Brittany handled our party beautifully. They both were very attentive, helpful, and overall great waitresses. As we were a large party, there were only small mix ups that were fixed immediately by Dana and Brittany. Definitely would recommend these two ladies for your waiting services at CUTS. Thank you CUTS for making my night memorable! I will definitely be returning!

The food was delicious & service was great. Our waitress from Africa was amazing, she made sure we were taken care off. We also had another Waiter, he was awesome. I would recommend this place

Awesome staff and really well prepared steaks. I opted for the CUTS Ribeye which is marinated in fruit juices for many hours, then seared and served with garlic mashed potatoes. The steak has a great char outside with tender meat. The sweetness of the marinade is present and gives a tasty, unique flavor for a steak. We also ordered a 6oz ribeye cooked medium to perfection. Certainly worth the visit. The bar was on-point with their Kentucky Mule recipe. Crisp ginger flavor with smooth bourbon follow.

My husband surprised me with a date night. This mommy needed it. We had reservations and didn’t wait long. We had a couple of waiters. My drink was great (island punch ) I believe was the name. It was the last drink on the speciality drink menu. It was fruity but strong. The food was good. I had salmon and potatoes. My husband had ribs and loaded mashed potatoes. The loaded mashed potatoes were great. Our favorite waiter was Johnny or Johnathan (slim -black guy with manicured hair). He brought out a wet towel for my husband since he had ribs. Also, I asked jokingly for more peaches to go with the awesome cheesecake and he brought it. It was a great atmosphere and a wonderful date night. Will definitely be back

Not impressed to say the least... looking at reviews and the pictures, we were very excited with anticipation... I will (for sake of time) skip the parking fiasco. Upon arriving to the restuarant we informed the hostess that we had a reservation - she stated okay please have a seat. Once we finally got seated our server was pleasant enough - but not knowledgeable of the menu. gave our orders and this is where it all went wrong... Dress code definitely NOT enforced.... Additionally, I have been to high end establishments that did not ask you for a 25 deposit ahead of time... Fast Forward...We never received our salad (asked for it to come out first) steak was undercooked (asked for med-well and saw blood) wife asked for a Tea selection and it was never brought out... Asked to speak to a manager and he attempted to make it right by returning our steak and warming it up (we did not want a new steak due to time constraints) salad finally arrived and the Tea selection as well... took some items off the bill but the the damage was already done... never will enter this establishment again...
