I will be here next Monday for their crab cake special. The owner talked to me at the bar and gave me info behind his wonderful selections in this great restaurant. He used to work at another restaurant that has grown to be part of food royalty in Bham and this place is hot on its heels to be just as successful. The staff is outstanding.

Early Dinner Visited this place Saturday for an early dinner. The decor of the Hotel had me speechless. The chandelier and Floral bouquet at the entrance was lovely. We enjoyed a delicious cocktail as we ordered a Porterhouse steak . I honestly wasn’t a fan of the steak. I could not chew it, it was rubbery. Definitely will avoid it next time. The taste was delicious but impossible for me to eat. The service was lovely. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. My bread basket arrived along side with my steak; which was very interesting. I didn’t give the 5th star because of the quality of the steak for the , also I did have to stand to get the personals attention.
Classic and delicious steakhouse! Always cooked to perfection, perfect medium rare (red warm center). Super delicious steak tartar and the smoked salmon is amazing. We had the 12oz filet and bone in ribeye. Both cuts were juicy and flavorful. Chocolate cake was the bomb! The service is always top notch and the sommelier is so friendly and makes the experience that much better.
Love this restaurant! Ive been coming here for about 4 years and its always such a great vibe. I love when they have their live music and my favorite place to sit is up the stairs right next to the last fireplace in the back. So cozy, great food, and awesome drinks! good job CUT by Wolfgang Puck.
Go to place for steaks! Also, staffs are accommodating! Highly recommended.
